It is possible to build your own sauna to detox your body. We highly recommend you read the information on Dr. Wilson's web site for infrared sauna therapy, order his book Sauna Therapy & The Power of Sauna Therapy CD-ROM AND order Dr. Sherry Rogers book Detoxify or Die.

Anyone with simple construction skills can build one of these saunas using poplar or cedar lumber. We purchased our cedar from a local lumber mill in Rogersville, TN that sells wholesale to the public. Click HERE for a set of plans. Pictures of the project are below.
